It would be interesting to know the details of what they have Jenkins and others doing behind the scenes.
Our team has been mostly airtight with the media ever since Magic and Luke + assistants have been out of the mix. Really hope it stays that way. |
Ramona kind of inadvertently given us a clue.
If you’ve been listening to Mason & Ireland daily in the past 3-4 weeks or so, Ramona has been covering for John Ireland on most of the days since he’s been on vacation. During those time she’s mentioned a couple times about attending media parties hosted by the Clippers, yes Clippers, and she talks to a lot of other media people over there including Clippers personnel and have gotten to know them good.
I’ve never heard of other teams having parties like that except when Ramona mentioned it with the Clippers on more than one occasion.

In the past, most reliable sources were Kevin Ding and Mike Bresnahan...but ever since Ding started working for the Lakers and Bresnahan joined the Spectrum crew, the overall quality of inside reporting about Lakers is very poor...Ramona is a joke, she spends more time with Woj and other hacks from ESPN pushing hard Clippers agenda...
When i look at all other NBA insiders/reporters, there is obvious connection between team Lebron and Sam Amick, but he only gets info from Klutch, that's why he was chosen for that article about Lebron and his pitch to Kawhi...
Marc Stein was very solid in the past few weeks, while all other insiders/reporters were pushing all kinds of fake stories about Kawhi and his state of mind, Stein admitted that nobody really knows how Kawhi feels and that his circle is very small and tight-lipped...he was also the only one who started reporting that Lakers feel very confident about getting Kawhi, while everybody else were dismissing us from the start... |
