Good post, and yeah maybe this will be a different outcome, there is no doubt the Mavs and Thunder are significantly better then the Blazers the Blazers are also without a lot of key players due to injury, let’s just hope Lillard doesn’t have one of his crazy 50 point scoring game. |

I get people being weary of Lilliard going off but it's not like it's a PG13 situation where he is just missing open/clean looks much of the time. The Lakers are playing absolutely elite defense on him all game long and making life a nightmare for him. I don't see this changing at all. I was watching the majority of the games he went off in the bubble and he obviously deserves massive props but at the same time so many of the shots were great looks. He's been looking like he is getting more and more frustrated every game so hopefully the Lakers just keep doing the same thing and I believe we'll be just fine. He's going to get his regardless as he's a great player but I don't see him getting 50 unless he takes an ungodly amount of shots and we still win in that situation.
You don't think Lebron, Kuz, AD etc. aren't getting up for this game like Dame will? The Blazers actually have nobody to guard any of them all game....
The person who said they might be load managing tonight is also insane to say the least, that would be such a massive slap in the face to Kobe on this night especially.
I think the Lakers win this one while having a double digit lead the majority of the game. |
