Doubt it with multiple years on that contract. I hope I’m wrong though.

Really feel bad for RUI man specially after what he went through all season long.

Hate to see it happen to such a nice young man... Because we all know he's more than capable, we all saw it in the playoffs last year.

Hawks get Reaves and JHS with seconds
Bulls get Dlo, Rui, and Gabe plus our pick this year

Lakers get Lavine and Murray …

That should be the move for the lakers, everything in the table to upgrade the backcourt offensively and defensively away from two poodles. And I mean a playoff poodle in Dlo and regular season pick on me lemon daddy poodle in AR

Murray
Lavine
Vando
Bron
AD

An actual athletic team that can rebound and break you down off the bounce while getting some one on one stops. It’s just not team defense that has suffered with AR and Dlo but individual as well. Lavine and Murray may have their team defense questioned but they have a pride about being broken down one on one

Bulls would then be White Dlo Derozan Rui Vucevic
Hawks would then be Young Reaves Hunter Johnson Capella

Hell at worse if they could even get a trade that brought them Derozan and Vucevic they would be better equipped to beat Denver.

That would be the worst shooting team in the league, and would still leave us without an actual center

He is a horrible rebounder and defender. Has a really low motor. Kind of a tweener. He is good in spots and at his salary but I would not rely on him trying to win a ring.

players are who they are.
I like him but he was lazy and a throw in. Not on any other teams radar IIRC.

Thats the problem with Pelinka. he fills our team out with guys no one else wanted then expects a leaderless team to fix them. we need actual players that could make other rosters.

Yup I keep saying, why are people surprised our players are playing at the level that they are? If they could be better…all these trades wouldn’t have happened.

I’d even argue we got more out of them than other teams, but in the end all our role players are nothing special. If they were, they would’ve gotten paid and/or we wouldn’t have been able to trade for them

He just tanked his trade value. Vando needed to be healthy for the Lakers to have some level of defensive impact.

He grabs fewer rebounds per game than Reaves. His rebounds/36 minutes is the lowest it's been in his career, by far. He averaged 7.6 per/36 after the trade last year. He averaged 5.8/36 this year. That is by far a career low for him. He's just not a very good rebounder for a strong, athletic forward.

Ham hasn't done much to get him going this series, but Rui also needs to show a pulse out there.

To be honest, Reaves, Rui, Lebron, Dinwiddie, and all the other Lakers should watch film on Mr. Josh Hart.

Dude is like 6' 4" maybe..

Game 1 - 13 rebounds
Game 2 - 15 rebounds

He knows where the ball is going. Rui is like 6' 9" and averages HALF of the rebounds Hart averages.

Rui, along with Russell, has been pathetic this series.

Reeves and the bench have been pathetic too. This team is not built for Bron Ball

Hart is an anomaly. I remember David West saying he needed to retire after not being able to back Hart down in the post.
