The 8-8 Rockets are a good test. Fred VanVleet, Dillion Brooks, and Reggie Bullock Jr are good players. Oladipo (knee) won't play Sunday against the Lakers. If the Lakers come in fully staffed the game will be a bellwether. Tomorrow's game will be 1/4 of our season. It's time to establish a continuous routine. Hey Darvin Ham, I'm watching you. 👀

Yep. Which I posted in yesterday's game thread or whatever day yeah yesterday when he said it. However he has not tweeted it yet nor have any of his contemporaries so it's still unconfirmed. He made it pretty clear last night when he was saying it that it was hopeful but nothing is confirmed yet. So keep those fingers crossed for a confirmation. 🤞🏾🙌🏾

If the Lakers continue to be mid, is Gabe Vincent the next savior? 
Seriously though, I think a healthy Lakers should be enough to be teams like this. It doesn't propel them into the elite, but the Rockets aren't elite.
The Lakers have some tests for that later this month though. |

Vincent isn’t a savior but he’s a guy who can help you in big games, I just hope his shot doesn’t become broken, I also think his defense isn’t all that great it’s just respectful but that’s not good enough |

Passed on Shroeder twice for a PG from Mia that couldn’t seem to heal from an injury that initially only seem like a couple weeks max

Yeah, the talk today before the game will be about how the Rockets struggle on the road and with the Lakers getting a lot of guys back from injury I can see this game being hyped only for the Rockets to spoil the party |

Don't take the Rockets lightly. They're a very good defensive team. They're going to slow down the pace and take us out of our preferred style and tempo.
