Coming to America
Trading Places
Napoleon Dynamite (it had it moments at least)
Meet the Parents
Meet the Fockers
Wedding Crashers
Zoolander

And I can't believe no one here has mentioned Fletch and Fletch Lives. Chevey Chase doing a bunch of different characters was great, not to mention he's a Laker fanatic.

Co-signs on both.

Seeing Something About Mary in the theater was akin to going out for stand up comedy. I hadn't laughed so hard at a movie in years.

Both of you are speaking for me, word for word. Airplane! is still unfadeable, and I think people forget just how funny Something about Mary was because of overexposure. Respectfully add Naked Gun 1 and Top Secret! for consideration as well.

Some I can think of:
40 Year Old Virgin
Wedding Crashers
Kung Pao! Enter the Fist
Billy Madison
Harold and Kumar go to White Castle
50 First Dates

Usually anything with Owen Wilson, Ben Stiller, Vince Vaughn, or Adam Sandler is good for me.

No one mentioned Stripes?

I also hear "It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World" is extremely funny, but I never saw it.

Animal House
Blues Brothers
Back to School
Caddyshack
Airplane
Kentucky Fried Movie
Naked Gun
South Park
Top Secret!
Spinal Tap
Some Like It Hot

even Amelie was funny

I can't stand any of those Adam Sandler or Will Ferrell movies. They are just not funny at all.

quoted for truth. I try to find a way to sneek that acronym into daily conversation whenever possible. Some days, if I'm lucky, I get to explain it.

I never thought anyone else would mention that one. Very, very funny. I especially liked the "Catholic High School Girls in Trouble" segment.

On the same vein, I would have to add "If You Don't Stop It You'll Go Blind" and its sequel "Can I Do It Until I Need Glasses". And going back a few years, The Groove Tube.

It was funny, David Niven was underrated as a comedy straight man.

Over the last 24 hours I've thought of a couple of more that deserve an honorable mention:

Don't Be A Menace To Society While Drinking Your Juice In The Hood

and Office Space

There's this old movie, with Peter Sellers, called "The Party". Peter Sellers plays a guy from India, who comes to Hollywood, to become a star. Circa 60's... For those who can stand those old movies.
