I'm sure for many of you this is old news, but I just setup Vibe Streamer on my Home PC and now I can listen to my 60gigs of mp3 from my work computer.

Vibe Streamer Official Site

A couple of things I discovered:

-Your workplace may block most ports so try using: 80, 453 or 8080
-My cable provider disabled port 80. Took me awhile to figure this out]

Have fun. It's such a great product plus it's FREE (please donate) and I thought I'd share it with you guys.

I think the technology has been around for years but these wizardy commercial products are really making it so simple to do it.
