I am - so far it's kinda interesting, though a bit slow. I dig all the disparate storylines coming together. People are saying it's NBC's "Lost" though and I just don't see that. I can see the show having a cult following that's not huge in terms of ratings. Solid though and Ali Larter as a stripper = . |

How is it doing in the ratings the first 2 weeks? So far I'm loving the show. I usually download it since there's a lot of shows on the same day like MNF and Prison Break. |

In its pilot Heroes posted the highest 18-49 ratings for any NBC fall drama debut in the past 5 years (14.3 million viewers overall). This basically drove NBC to win the night - above MNF

The interesting numbers would be the retention rates for last nights episode, but I have no idea what those were. |

Last night's episode made me even more interested. I'm curious as to who this Syler (sp?) character is. |

He sounds like a guy with powers too except he's using them for evil rather than good - you know, like cutting the heads off of people. But yeah, last night's ep was a good follow-up to the pilot. I find myself wishing that the storyline would move a bit quicker though. There's so many different story lines it's hard for them to advance each of them very quickly. |

The 'father' was a little too cliché, with the 'short tight buzz cut' and 'Clarke Kent Glasses'.... he looked like Michael Douglas from Falling Down. You knew something was up when he told her not to try and find her birth parents.
I like that fact that now there is a time table... 9 days!! |

Was it 9 days? I know they were hinting a atomic catastrophe in NY, but I don't remember 9 days. I know the day its suppose to hit, Nov. 8th right?
When the detectives were questioning him, he thought it was Oct. 2nd, but it was actually Nov. 8th. Maybe I got the dates wrong, but I'm positive that the Jap guy traveled 5 weeks into the future, because his friend in Japan told the detectives that he was missing for 5 weeks over the phone. |

I liked the first episode, but the show is too slow for my taste. However I'll probably keep watching because it has an interesting story. I dont like the cheerleader character, and why on earth do the characters always go back to the scene of where an attack took place? The stripper went back to her house, TWICE, and the second time she just let her son walk right in without even checking to see if it was safe. I missed the whole 9 days thing though, when did they mention that? The end of the second episode has me hooked until the next episode. I wanna see how this whole armageddon scenario plays out, because that's a huge step to take for a TV show, endoftheworld talk and all. |

This Syler character seems to be very powerful, looks like he has both Claire's and Peter's abilities.
I thought my Mom paid for the DirecTV and she thought I paid for it, so it got shut down. Had to watch it with an old school antenna, oh how we take everything for granted, I haven't seen that much static in a long time. |

I love this show. The little Asian kid is the best. He just cracks me up.

^^^ Totally agree, the asian dude rocks.
Is it just me, or do you not trust that chick that hangs out with the Indian dude. She seems just a bit too curious about everything.
The endings on this show each week are great, and this week's might have been the best. |

Question: at the end of the second episode, they showed the asian kid and the armageddon scene with the dead artist, who was killed by sylar. Then he went back in time. But the rest of the characters stories continue from episode 2. So was episode 2 taking place 5 weeks before armageddon, and then only the last scene was forwarded to the future?
Btw, this show has got me kind of hooked now, although I don't like the cheerleader's character still. Some of the scenes are a little spooky, especially now that they've introduced us to sylar and his powers. This show has a ton of potential. |
