Hot Wings Cafe

There's one in Glendale on Brand.

Had 'em. NOT worth it. Small wings, little spice in their so-called "hots", not well-fried, packaged in stryofoam boxes so can probably end up generating carcinogens.

You can get better wings at Applebee's.

Update: My cravings took over this weekend, so I did go out for wings. I went to a franchise called Buffalo Wild Wings, where you can choose your own sauce (they have like 20 or more different kinds - I got spicy garlic, I think). It looks like they have only one location in CA (Rancho Cucamonga?), but a bunch in Las Vegas. There are plenty in Texas, Michigan, Ohio, Florida, throughout.

My verdict? Very good wings. I will have to return some time soon.

Buffalo Wild Wings (used to be called BW3) is a great chain. I just wish they had more than one in California. If you like to make your own you can order their sauces over the internet, though it's a lot cheaper to buy them in person. Medium and Spicy Garlic are both really flavorful and somewhat spicy.
