I already have banned pumping my gas at Arco (no matter how cheap it is nor how empty my tank is) and there is no way you will find me (no matter how much I love to play poker) at the Palms Casino. Now I have to ban myself from Carl's Jr.!!!
FSW, first of all needs to stop with these commercials during my Lakers games. Sure I can turn the channel, but that would jeopordize the outcome of the game! Heck, that's like going to the bathroom before halftime, big no, no. Second of all, they need to get HD. Every so often I will take a quick peek at BSPN during the game (only when we are way ahead, of course) then switch back to FSW and the picture looks horrible.
For those of you that will take this post too seriously, just relax, I was bored and I am really frustrated about that stupid commercial I have to watch 10 times every game!
PS yes, I only shop for office supplies at Staples....I need help |

| I agree the commercial is horse crap i'm just wondering why they will show the Maloofs in our local station we don't care about them nor do we care about how they eat. |

I wonder if that actually is a combo that you can get? And if it is, why the hell would anybody want a Carl's Jr. Burger with an expensive glass of wine? Horrible.
As to your question about FSN in HD, I believe Satelite offers it in HD, but digital cable doesn't.

I hate that commercial quite a bit.
Why are people taking pictures of the Magoofs as they exit their vehicle? Does anyone other than Kings fans (who cannot read and thus don't buy newspapers) and Laker fans (who would attack the Maloofs on sight) even care if these clowns live or die?
I started boycotting Carl's Jr. at the onset of their "If it doesn't get all over the place, it doesn't belong in your face" campaign, with all the chomping and lip smacking and finger licking and crap. That place has gone to hell ever since Donald Karcher died and they gave Carl the boot.

Boy, you guys are cranky.
I have no love for the kings or the Maloofs . . . and yes . . . the commercial is getting overexposed . . . but . . . you have to admit, what a clever little bit of cross marketing with Carl's Jr.s and the Palms.
I didn't see anything regarding the Kings in the ad.
As for the products . . .
I never eat at Carl's Jr. . . . no vege items and I'm a vegetarian.
I hate Las Vegas. Cigarette smoke everywhere. Nothing tastes good, everything is tacky . . . I prefer California entertainment.
But I don't like the products . . . the ad is cute. |

Magoofs 
I do have DirecTV...must be a weak bandwidth because the pictures seems to be better than last year, but it doesn't compare with the HD channels. Unless FSW has an exclusive HD channel that I'm not aware of, anybody know?
Yeh, actually I did ban CJ's a long time ago because of the same reason...people's messy faces on my big screen, just nasty! |
