Hey guys...
What shoes do you guys wear when you play basketball?
And do you play indoors/outdoors? How's the grip?
Because I have Zoom Kobe 1's, and I'm just slipping and sliding everywhere. The gym is kind of dusty, as it rarely gets mopped and cleaned.
Aside from getting the floor cleaned (I can't do anything about that... the city owns it.) what do you guys recommend to help get traction with my shoes? or based on experience, what shoes give you the best traction, and comfortability?
Thanks! |

well the zooms should be good enough and spitting and wiping your feet in it will do the trick that and spraying hair spray o nthe bottom of your shoes _________________ Why claim to be a fan if you're not going to support your team? |

My favorite shoes of all time are the 2K4 Huaraches and the ZK1's.
I have 2 pairs of the ZKI (white/red/black and black/white) and let me tell you, not only is it a beautiful looking shoe, but it performs incredibly well on the court. The traction, the ankle support, the comfort - the only shoe that compares, in my opinion, is the 2K4s. |

Yeah... I bought a new pair of shoes (Iverson's)... but it's worse.
I guess I'll just stick with my ZK1's... and maybe spill soda all over the court.. heh
Hey Flight.. I have the Black/White too... my brother has the Black/Purple, and my Nephew (6 yrs old) has all whites. We love the ZK1's man.. maybe it's because I used it more outdoors than Indoors that makes it lose traction?
If that's the case, I'll just grab a new pair.. |

I'm not sure. I use the zk1 outdoors and indoors and the traction is usually fine. I just think that gym needs to be waxed. The reason I know this is because when i first got my zk1s, i tried to play on a dusty gym floor, and kept slippin and sliding all over the place, even though the shoes were brand new. |

The Lebron 20-5-5 is made for outdoor play. Trust me on this one. |

I like my T-Mac II's. They look nice, feel excellent, and are good for me on traction. Too bad I'm not a T-Mac fan. |
