I thought that was a great halftime show. The lighting, the curtain, the songs...very excellent show by Prince _________________ Courage doesn't always roar.

Indy's running game is the difference.
all indy does is run the ball or pass it to Addei. 10 catches for him. |

Indy letting chicago hang in it though, only a 8 point league and they have been dominating. |

Prince brought it as usual.
Manning's got the swagger he gets when the colts win. RHodes is just dominating. Not looking good for the Bears. |

7 turnovers all together? What a sloppy Superbowl. Given how much Indy is dominating in stats, you'd think this game would be a blowout _________________ Courage doesn't always roar.

I had already followed Grossman's [well,...ahem] gross style of play, in fantasy football... I sort of knew what to expect.
I've also come to know Peyton's talent, for bringing most games from the brink of defeat. I didn't expect Indy's backfield to come to life, but how could they help it, when Grossman was practically throwing the ball away??
All-in-all, it was an enjoyable Super Bowl; one of the best. I would highly recommend that the Bears start shopping for another quarterback. _________________ "Teamwork is a nebulous thing. It is as ephemeral as love, disappearing at the latest insult.".... Phil Jackson |

I agree, I was thinking the same thing... At times, there was some very sloppy play... At the same time, I expected a lot of fumbles, and loose balls, partly, due to the weather. Then, there was that hard-hitting, by the Bears... _________________ "Teamwork is a nebulous thing. It is as ephemeral as love, disappearing at the latest insult.".... Phil Jackson |

I thought the Bears could win if they could run the ball. They were successful when they did run it, but 60% pass and 40% run is a formula for them losing. I hated Ron Turner as the Illinois head coach, and he sucks as a offensive coordinator as well. _________________ RIP mom. 11-21-1933 to 6-14-2023. |
