I guess that is what to call it...
I am battling some crappy back pain .. some people can't walk.. so I will try to not to complain much
couple highlights of my bodily injuries
age 7 or 8 a car hit our car head on and my skull imprinted a perfect mold in the windshield
age 13 had leg ran over by the tire I was sitting in front of on a utility trailer
3-4 car accidents before age of 18
age 19 fell off of a balcony and my left arm held on until my body went parallel and it physically was incapable of doing so and then I am pretty sure I landed on the back of my head .. whew.. so anyhow..
SO...now that my back was injured again approx a year ago.. I have been working hard to bring it all back to life and I just found this thing and will receive it in a couple days
http://www.amazon.com/Body-Back-10100000003-Buddy/dp/B0006VJ6TO/
I'll let you know if it works.. |

Isn't this just a deep tissue pressure point device? I'm sure it helps with pain, but not with posture. |

My mom had one of those when I was a kid. It was for self-massages. |

My thought is it will help awaken muscles and get them to pull in the proper ways via touching the points where they are atrophied
if I am sitting and the doctor just gently touches his finger to my spine the muscles begin to contract and pull me into proper position.. So, I think this will help with contraction in areas that are very weak |
