What is 'push'? _________________ Courage doesn't always roar.

For those who wanted streaming video, it is about to come in version 3.0.
Audio streaming as well is improved.
Can't wait for the SiriusXM app. |

Yeah. The fact that the APIs can now talk directly to outside hardware is a major bump for 3rd party manufacturers. |

The app works out dieting and keeps track of glucose levels, count carbs and calculates the number of init of insulin to cover those carbs. I hope along with the glucose meter, I hope there is a insulin pump that can communicate with the iPhone as well.... it would be great for remote monitoring a child's glucose levels... |

Next: messages. We have a fantastic text messaging app in the iPhone. You can now forward and delete multiple messages. But the big news is that we're adding support for MMS."
Two down... one to go....
They also added Spotlight (search). This is nice.... |

Haha, gotta say I was with Apple the first time around - MMS seems like a step back to me. Why do we need it? Realize there's demand from the public, I just personally don't see why it's so important... |

Lovin' the landscape keyboard.
Will be interesting to see what happens now that Apple is introducing their own voice memo solution... |

Also, I believe the NBA uses Microsoft'sSliverlight for NBALP Broadband... |

From what I read, the radio signal is different on hardware 1.0 and that is why you can't send out MMS on it.
I will have to upgrade, if I want that feature. |

then whats the big deal ? We already have this with YouTube | Didn't say it was a big deal.. I was just commenting on the fact that ESPN used video from a Cavs Game during the demo... and, let's wait to see the app before judgement...
EDIT: Going back to the live streaming video, i just remember the NBA had an All-Star Weekend App that had live streaming video... I'm wondering what tech changes they made that make it different than what can be done today...
