ESPN News just showed a bit of the KTTV feed with Lakers leaving the plane.

I've read how much the parade will cost and debates about who should pay. I haven't heard or seen anything about the Coliseum. Does anyone know if there is a ticket cost to get in? If it's free I suggest getting there early, if allowed, parking in the lot overnight. I wouldn't park my car on the streets. The surrounding area is gangland and drug use is widespread. Enjoy the festivities.

There is no fee for the parade. (Get there early.)

You can start parking as early as 6am.

Doors open at 9:30am.

say fellow fans, i work at LAX and was out there when the team arrived...those cats looked tired and like they partied all night, i have some photos of the players but nothing special...im taking them not in them. i told sasha he has to cut his hair now and he laughed it off...

So does the parade start at the coliseum and finish at staples? Some of the information I'm getting is misleading.

I keep hearing they're going from Staples to the Coliseum, which makes more sense since the Coliseum holds a lot of people and LAPD can probably start opening up the streets again at that point.
