because his coach told him NOT to even think of offense, just play defense. As a result he only worked on his defense and his fg% was poor.
The lesson here is too much importance is placed on FG% and there was a gross inability to look at extenuating circumstances. Now all those dummies are going to be kicking themselves for a long time. |
