How bad is his ankle?

If he doesn't play, I would expect CP3 to drive in and pick and roll to Blake alot or bailing out to his new form of confidence in Randy Foye.

Expect DJ continue to be stupid and for blocks and fakes while that exposes are interior defense.....or lack thereof.

I think Bynum will definitely play.

Foye has been on a tear but I think Kobe can contain that.

CP3 is much better than Deron this season. But CP3 is actually slower than Deron IMO, Sessions shouldn't have a problem running the high screen and rolls most of every posession.

Lakers quit that game.

big game tonight. as others have said, more or less determines whether we can hang on to the 3rd seed. my only concern is the back-to-back having played pau 41 minutes last night (esp if bynum is out) and kobe 36. i think they'll come out energized, but they're no spring chickens.

Lakers have lost just 2 season series to the Clippers in franchise history (1992- 93 & 1974-75). Tiebreaker on the line tonight.

With that said, if we win the tiebreaker, is it really that big a deal to you guys?
It seems like it's more important to the Clippers franchise and just whatever to Laker fans.

We may get ridiculed for making a big deal out of it, but of course when you haven't been somewhere before or it's been a while, it's to be welcomed and expected.

It's important because, if we're tied at the end of the year, we win the division. Basically, if the Lakers win tonight, it's going to be pretty hard for the Clips to pass us. On the other hand, if we lose, we'll have a very hard time holding on to first.

FLOP CITY vs FAKERS......it can't get any better for the city and the league.

Great matchup tonight looking forward to fun natured trash talking with all my LAKER friends.

Look at the banners at Staples Center. Those belong to Fakers.
They tried to hang one for Clippers but the banner flopped.

Insert tiresome banner, championship, ring reference here!
Yawn

I'm just talking about TONIGHT's game....not the Laker legacy and tradition vs the Clippers!

But yes, I know, and I am well aware of all the Lakers, Kings, Sparks & Avengers banners hanging up in Staples.

Hopefully we can have that little tiny corner for a Pacific Division champion banner!!!

that is pretty funny. I never understood the "Fakers" line. Is it because LA is deemed to be full of fake personalities, faces, breasts, etc.? If so, what does that have to do with the team other than being in LA? It's not very creative imo.

Pau played a lot of minutes last night. He led the team with 41 minutes. This being a second of a back to back I think this is going to be a tough game for him tonight. I think the Clippers young physical frontline will give him problems on both ends of the court. He is also dealing with really bad bursistis in his left elbow. At least he is playing through it.

If Bynum can play, he has to play.

I don't post here often, I mostly read DB's game summaries and quickly scan the boards. Is there seriously not a Clippers Fan Board anywhere? I've notice Clips fans jumping up on the General Basketball forum as well. ???

there is a Clipper Fan Board (ClippersTopBuzz)
But what's wrong with fand from other teams and other palces coming onto to talk in the General Basketball Thread?

We get Laker fans that come on the board as well from time to time.

I think this time around because we are relevant and their are Clipper threads in that forum, it makes a bit more interesting to come online and see what opposing fans opinions and thoughts.

The Lakers cannot win tonight without Bynum, given Paul's recent play.

It's because Clippers fans don't exist.

Hi Frankie!

Frankie had given up on his clippers. I remember him denouncing the team on espn and talking about moving into racing cars

Why do Clipper fans even make an account and come on this board? It's a LAKERS forum.

Clipper fans posting in a Laker game thread on a Lakers website are border line trolls IMO.
