The Lakers know the importance of this game.

LeBron being out doesn't change that. Look for AD to be insanely aggressive defensively without fouling. Look for DLo to get hot early and give us momentum. Look for Austin Reaves to step up and take on a bigger scoring load this game with LBJ out. Look for Rui to battle for rebounds and hit his open shots.

Huge W incoming, I feel the energy in the air. Lakers W.

Lakers are in position to really gain ground with a win tonight. I fully expect LeBron to not play now.

I have been critical of LeBron sitting out but not now, he’s helped the team a lot when he’s played and plus the Lakers seem to always play hard for The King when he’s out so I’m cool with this

Apparently he tried to go and it just wasn't happening

The funny thing is the supporting cast / role players is deeper than anyone in the west and top 4 in talent.

Why aren’t we a top 4 team? Because of our “stars” whether that’s LeGrandpa being old or AD getting owned in some matchups.

Play-in merchant priorities.

So that when they are the 9 seed, the excuse can be that they ran out of gas playing 2 must win games.

I think I read that Steph is out today for the Warriors. So it could just be two old guys gearing up for battle Royale on Tuesday which works in my favor since I will be there on Tuesday.

Yeah that’s good for you.

You get to see the battle of the play-in merchants

Something is going around. I got the flu right now. Almost all my coworkers and some family members have gotten sick in the last 2 weeks or so

So we're resting Lebron. Understandable. I think this entire season Lebron has never played two days in a row?

Go Lakers. Unleash HIM and DLo!! DLo, make yourself useful!!!

D'Lo has been bringing it. It's HIM who needs to step up tonight. They need to perform simultaneously.

Oh interesting. I saw a tweet earlier that felt like a BI Lakers Standing Sudden Recovery Syndrome lol. So this would explain why. Lolol

Well Suns lost. So even if Lakers win tonight, they will still be eight seed lol

Looks like I’ll probably miss the second half but I expect the Lakers to have put the game away by halftime anyway so hopefully I won’t be missing much.

I feel like we've already beat them without Lebron, and they're without KAT, aren't they? Seems like being without Lebron isn't an excuse for giving this game up, we have played well without Lebron before, lets do it again.

Maybe the most important game of the season and Lebron is out with what? Flu-like symptoms... God he is definitely not in the same league with Jordan and Kobe.

Trudell posted that we are 6-4 in games that LBJ has missed so...

Gobert could neutralize AD though. Lakers have lost to Minnesota both times Gobert played.
