I bet we lose this game with the spurs getting up for it and us likely to rest Lebron/AD.
Smh we can be so frustrating. |

Normally, I'd agree with you but Pop is trying to get them another #1 pick, and the Spurs aren't even hiding the blatant tanking this season. They will keep it competitive for 36 min and then pull a fast one in the last 12 minutes. Lakers will get an easy dub. _________________ Yi Jianlian Fanboy. Respect The Chair.

I doubt spurs are getting up for anyone nowadays, but yes, if lebron and AD sits, we are probably an underdog |

Jinx? Hate to break it to you but what we post has zero impact on games. Nada. I said the same thing about pistons and blazers _________________ Kobe.

Let’s hope the team isn’t riding to high off if the IST, I had a feeling we were gonna be sluggish coming out of it, need to be humble every time we get the chance |

Soooo Based on The Mavs Game..Whats our Defensive strategy for them?....Auuuugh duuuuuhh... Double team Wemby and let McBuckets destroy us on the 3 ball? That pretty much sounds like a HamSamich Def strategy. |

Really suspicious that the Lakers are just 2.5- favorites in the Spurs game tomorrow |

Ham will get cute with his schemes and we will drop at least one of these Spurs games. |

What? You think he going to put Prince on Wemby for one game? |

I make the same prediction I make every game.
Depends on which Laker team shows up. The one that plays with focus and intensity or the one that just goes through the motions and gets out hustled most of the game.
Spurs, just like every NBA team is capable of winning against subpar effort.
Will the Lakers choose to be competitive? |

Accounting for Day to Davis most likely being out.
Good luck facing Wembanyama without AD. |

Dont you worry..we got Prince..he going to guard Wemby. Just like Luka...im sure guarding Wemby will be easier for him. |

They’ve lost 17 in a row and we are likely sitting guys. I’m not watching this game. _________________ 14-5-3-12 |

Wing-banyama mostly hangs out on the perimeter and shoots 3’s while Sochan tries to get in the paint. I don’t suspect he will be a problem. |

I think every single 3 Exum took was wide open. Apparently that is a plan from what I am hearing. makes me cringe to see guys in no mans land. They are neither helping in the paint or guarding the perimeter. They just compromise our defense with that stupidity. I hope the coach is not telling them to do that. |

I mean it’s the same strategy teams use when Vando is on the floor. Imagine a game where Vando hits 8 3s. It’s just not going to happen. But it did.
The problem was it wasn’t helping slow Luka’s scoring. When Luke is scoring and diming to that degree it’s tough to beat the Mavs. We can argue an adjustment should have been made after Exum got hot and it sure sounds great with the benefit of hindsight, but it also could have burned us sticking a defender on a terrible shooter because he hit a couple shots. If it takes the Mavs 8 3s from Exum to beat us by 2 it’s not an L to feel too bad about. _________________ 14-5-3-12 |

I agree with Ocho. Took a miracle performance by a player to win that game and they deserve to win after he went off like that. But I'd leave him as open again if we played the Mavs tomorrow. Id dare him to do it again and I like my chances on that |

Would like us to NOT sit guys. Let's not act like we're a 15-7 team that can just sit guys out for games like this. Play them and win to make up for what happened last night. _________________ How NBA 2K18 failed the All-Time Lakers:

Dante Exum was close to an 80% free throw shooter when he was in Utah.
It's true he's not historically a great three point shooter, but this wasn't Shaq we were leaving open.
Dallas managed to stay in the face of our three point shooters
Imagine if they used Ham's lay back and let analytics defend Exum strategy. |
