It was awful. His knee was separated from the rest of his body. Gary Vitti came out with a special stapling device and put his knee back together. Making matters much worse, Kobe was so happy that he was able to continue, he got up and started rapping. The injury was the most pleasant thing about the whole incident. You could see people in the stands vomiting all over the place. Stu Lantz announced his retirement. Personally, I think I am not gonna be able to reproduce after this. _________________ ¡Hala Madrid!
Glad they won but this team doesn't learn from "wake up" games. If they show up like this against Cleveland and it's a L.
Yeah, cause this team hasn't won any big games the last year and 27 games.
Last year is last year, this year is this year. What happened last year has absolutely no bearing on what happens this year. Capiche?
Really? A team's experiences from previous years has "no bearing" on their current performance?
Pretty young, are ya? As a person of experience let me share a little something with you. When a core group of players has been together for a while ... as ours has ... previous year's experience counts a great deal. For example, after losing to the Celtics in the finals, do you think that loss affected our team's play the NEXT year? Of course it did!

Actually that has nothing to do with anything until the team proves it. Now go take your condescending ass to the juvie. _________________ 09-10 Predictions: LAL 67-15, 16-5, Title #16

I think that's exactly NYLakerFan's point...our core playing together and winning together over the last year and more proves it! Your original comments are spot on but relevent 2 yrs ago, or more. _________________ Starting Lakers Dynasty6.0! NOW!!
