We're banged up. We don't show up against good teams on the road. We just blew them out two Sunday's ago at home. We've got a huge bullseye on our backs. Those guys will be motivated, the arena will be rocking, and their players will be making "home shots" (where average role players look like superstars, especially against us).

Sounds like the recipe for another road blow out. Brace yourselves Laker fans, this one WILL get ugly.

What can you expect from teams who have "Division" Championship celebrations?

funny, but i remember the Lakers being "targets" whether or not they are defending champions. But I understand what you mean about the opponents' regular players becoming "stars" when the Lakers show up

In times like this, it's best to consider it a zero sum game. Either a W or an L. If it's an L, forget it quick and think toward getting Pau back.

I think we need a game like this. If we win this without Gasol and Kobe(even if he play without actually playing), the bench step it up, Bynum, Odom and Artest(we is really slow after the injury, i mean what the hell is that) play like they are suppose, and we can make a turnaround in our year.

C´MON LAKERS! LOOK TO THE JERSEY YOU ARE WEARING AND FIGHT!

I can't believe Dallas made an offer for Boozer. If they had another low post option, they would become deadly. Dallas just needs one more player to make history. You know Mark Cuban realizes that the profit days rely on Dirk and that after he retires, there will be a rebuilding process. Might as well bring in extra help to try and increase that percentage to win. Next year, if they keep who they have now and bring one 1-2 more guys, Dallas will be contending. Can you imagine having Bosh, Boozer, etc... they have many perimeter guys, just need a solid low post presence aside from when Dirk does his thing.
