A win here is key if we want Portland in the 8th seed.

Spurs won today to go up 1/2 game over the Blazers, we need to get a W and make it full game. Much rather face a Blazers team than San Antonio

Agree. The Blazers is young, but they lack experience. Spur, maybe, is old, but they still have heart of the former champion. Also, their experience is underrated.

Denver's loss today has huge ramifications for the seedings. Denver will lose again vs. Phoenix, pushing them to #5. Phoenix will take #4. Utah will win out and will be #2 with Dallas at #3 (if they lose to SA, if they will they will be #2 and Utah #3). Also, If we beat Portland and they also lose to OKC, they will be #8 no matter what happens with Spurs' last game vs. Dallas.

Oh no, say it ain't SOOooooo! Another ABC Official fix'n game. Arghhh! And Kobe's coming back, likely before he's healed.

You know, the way the officials treat us when Kobe's sitting, I think I'd take our chances giving him the rest. He's really gonna need it to carry us through the playoffs.

If Bynum and Kobe aren't as healthy as can be it won't matter who we face because it's our play that will dictate the winner/loser, not theirs.

Question: if the spurs and blazers wind up with the same record, what is the tie-breaker? conference record?

How do you find the refs scheduled for this game? I wonder which craptastic refs they'll put out there for ABC?

Wow, I was going to guess Bob Delany and write it down, but figured we just had him, I think in the last ABC televised game?
