I think many of us have probably thought of this, especially those of us who have been too quite a few funerals.

One guy I knew had "As Time Goes By" from Casablanca played. Ava Maria, What A Wonderful World....Etc

What 3 songs would you want played at your funeral?

"Who Let the Dogs Out?", "That's Not My Name", and any of the great masterpieces by 2LiveCrew. I want to make sure people actually cry at my funeral...

A friend of mine told me he wants me to play this

at his funeral.

I told him I could do the head, but I wasn't up to the solo.

Trumpet.

For my funeral I want to pick some song with vague lyrics, and leave instructions for that song to be played, with a note to be read that the deeper meaning of the song truly represents me and what I'm about. Then I want to leave instructions that a second note be read at the one-year anniversary of my death, letting everyone know I was just messing with them.

Since I mentioned this...

I found a good version on YouTube. It's just audio, no video.

It's a mysterious piece, not too sad, not too light. I think it perfectly describes my personality. One of my favorite moments is a Cmajor7 chord that appears exactly at 4:55.
