Time: 7:30PM PT
National TV: ESPN
Local TV: KCAL

Team Records:
Lakers 34-20 (3rd place in WC)
Clippers 32-21 (4th place in WC)

Injury Report:
Clippers - Mo Williams (Toe) out
Lakers - Jordan Hill (Knee) Questionable, Andrew Bynum (Ankle) Questionable

Las Vegas Odds:
Most Sports books have the line set at Clippers -3.

Needless to say this is a big game for the P & G. The season series is tied at 1-1. Whoever wins this game gets the tie breaker.

Go Lakers!

Tough, tough, tough game tonight. Clippers are on a roll, and the Lakers are coming off a hard fought game on a back to back. If 'Drew can't roll, or if he's too hurt to be effective even if he does, then it's hard to see us winning this one. Makes all those losses we just gave away with leads in the fourth quarters hurt even more if we do lose this one.

It's actually pretty concerning, actually. We have an incredibly tough stretch to end the season, and our seed could precipitously drop by the time we hit the playoffs. I wouldn't be shocked if we ended up in the 6-8 position, considering how tough the schedule is and how incredibly bad Mike Brown is at managing minutes effectively.

Even if Flop City can steal one here, the Lakers will still hold a 1/2 game lead in the Pacific. It's a damn good thing that Kobe 3 pointer went in yesterday.

Agree it's going to be a tough stretch of games coming up with 3 vs SAS. Hope the Lakers get healthy and get on a roll.

Pau played a lot of minutes last night. He led the team with 41 minutes. This being a second of a back to back I think this is going to be a tough game for him tonight. I think the Clippers young physical frontline will give him problems on both ends of the court. He is also dealing with really bad bursistis in his left elbow. At least he is playing through it.

Clippers would own the tie breaker if we lose tonight, and their schedule to end the year is a hell of a lot easier than ours. So if we lose tonight, we would have to do BETTER than the Clippers over the remaining games of the season, which is hard to see us doing considering that even our easier games will be on the road where we have struggled mightily this year.

Yeah I agree. You have GOT to win this game. Winning this game would be huge for winning the division and even then wouldn't be guaranteed with our tough schedule down the stretch. If we lose this one it's going to be a lot harder to get that 3 seed.

If we lose tonight getting the third seed will be nearly impossible, barring another collapse by the Clippers.

Both teams are on winning streaks.

Clippers seem to have found their mojo again.

The Lakers ... well... they just changed the oil to get the machine run.

So, yeah ... Mojo vs. Well-oiled machine.

Tough game tonight. Pau put in a lot of work last night, so did Kobe. They've shown that the wear and tear of back to backs take from the second game. If Andrew plays tonight he'll be going up against a sky walker in Jordan. The highlight for me will be Session vs CP3

Good points all around, not much room for error with all things considered above. Lakers shouldn't make it any harder than it already is and must take care of business tonight.

Look at the banners at Staples Center. Those belong to Fakers.
They tried to hang one for Clippers but the banner flopped.

Insert tiresome banner, championship, ring reference here!
Yawn

I'm just talking about TONIGHT's game....not the Laker legacy and tradition vs the Clippers!

But yes, I know, and I am well aware of all the Lakers, Kings, Sparks & Avengers banners hanging up in Staples.

Hopefully we can have that little tiny corner for a Pacific Division champion banner!!!

I actually think playing Bynum helps us. You guys have better ball movement without him. Your transition D is also a LOT better without him.

Anyway, this is going to be a great game tonight.

Need to have solid ball movement, like yesterday in the first half. None of those stupid turnovers and win the rebounding battle. JUST WIN PLEASE!
