At the very least, there should be a deadline for picking up and dropping players. We shouldn't be able to do it in the playoffs.

San Antonio waives Gar Heard since we are using his 5th best season and Chet Walker.pick up Andrew Toney and Keon Clark. I want to use Keon Clarks actual 4th best season per WIS.Its a split season but i dont care i want his 00-01 raptors season which is his 4th best salary season thank you.
