Not who you think will win.

I already know the Clippers are bringing more talent and have the better coach.

I HATE THE CLIPPERS.

So, I picked the Warriors (who I also like).

Bay Area is my 2nd home, I actually do like the Warriors, and I disdain the Clipps.

Damn is that a great match-up. Two explosive offensive teams...With the Clippers, it's not even really hate, to be honest. It's more apathy. They have the same emotional value to me as the Bobcats or Timberwolves...Which is, pretty much none.

With that said, if you're from Los Angeles, there is pride for your city. I'm kind of numb to the playoffs - If the Heat don't win it, then anyone can, and I'd be fine with it, to be honest.

The only acceptable answer is the Warriors, obviously.

Tough luck for the Clips with OKC winning by just one. I swear, I think they gave up against Portland once they saw that the outcome wouldn't matter anymore.

Actually I think the 3 seed is better for them because a matchup with Memphis would be tougher. Now they can just watch OKC try to deal with Memphis

Don't they hate teams like the Dodgers and Lakers up there?

Im definitely rooting for the Warriors, but I don't hate the Clippers anymore.

I think Clippers win. They seem to be getting healthy as the season ended. Warriors lost Bogut for the playoffs as their season ended. It might go 7 though.

Warriors, by FAR. (bleep) Flop City, their stupid selfies that are going to be covering up OUR banners until October, their fans, their ugly ass court and colors, Fox Sports Prime Ticket, KIA, State Farm, Cliff Paul, Donald Sterling, Marcellus Wiley, Billy Crystal, Clipper Darell, Ralph Lawler, Mike Smith, Matt Barnes, Deandre Jordan, Big baby, Blake Griffin, CP3, and most of all, that disgusting Celtic scum Doc Rivers.

That said....Clippers in 5. With no Bogut for this series, Griffin and Jordan are going to destroy them inside.

Warriors by far...
We'll see if the Clippers actually improved their defense this postseason. It was their achilles heel last year when they couldn't stop Memphis at all. Looking at the western conference match ups, it looks like they all have the potential to go 6-7 games with the exception of maybe OKC vs Dallas.

How could anyone root for the clippers?

Same here. Last ten yrs of my life living in the bay. To answer one of the questions in this thread:

Yes, there is a lot of dodger hate up here, but Oracle is half Laker fans when the Lakers come to town.

all in all, I can't hate on the warriors at all and I will be rooting for them this offseason.

I do feel bad for them as they lost their defensive anchor to injury again. Bogut can't seem to stay healthy for extended stretches.

Rockets vs Blazers is going to be a good series as well. I think it is safe to say who most of us will be rooting for despite our history with Portland.

I don't hate the Clippers. Just another team. They are entertaining though.

I would feel the same way about the Warriors if Klay wasn't on the team. But because of Klay, I'll root for Golden State.

Neither. I don't have anyone I'm really rooting for. Maybe Fish in OKC, if he can get them to the end, that would be nice to see.

In general I'll watch casually and just hope for good basketball. This should be a good series. I think Clips take it in 6 or 7.

I'm rooting for the Warriors because I detest the Clips. I hope Blake drops 50 on them every game.

I will be hoping the local team wins, and I think the absence of Bogut will be the difference.

I have tremendous respect for CP3. With the right support, I've always believed he can lead a team to the title like Isiah Thomas, another small guard alpha. The Clippers aren't perfect, but neither is the competition these days. I think Indiana and Miami are weak enough this year that the Clippers can beat them if they get out of the West. Clippers nightmare match-up will be the well disciplined Spurs.

I think it's down to Spurs and Clippers this year. Which is fine by me, this increases our chances of Durant.

Torn; I like the Clippers because of Doc Rivers, GSW for Mark Jackson. I lean toward GSW so Jackson can make them look foolish for talking about firing him.

Why would you guys root against an LA team? I'd understand if they were playing the Lakers. Anyways, LOB CITY BABY!

When the Lakers fell off the grid I started to root for SA. I don't like the Clippers. I like Doc and Mark as coaches, GSW more for Mark. I want Timmy to get another ring. I know he'll catch Kobe on jewlery but I like Duncan. Let the Lakers remain LA's #1 team.
