Hey, if now, philly wants to trade us their pick (Okafor) for ours, and also give us back our pick from next year, I'm all ears!

| You guys have to watch Russell to realize how great he is... he's as smooth as Jamaal Wilkes with PG vision and handles. Guy can ball and has great size. |

I don't put much stock into highlight videos on youtube because they are just that, highlights of what the player is best at.
I love what people who have watched full games have said about him. Can't wait to see him in full game action myself. |

My guts was with Russell from the very beginning. I was ready for Adam Silvers to announce Okafor's name too. I see sth special in D'angelo Russell. He's gonna be a great leader. Though he didn't have elite players around him to make it far in college. He has shown that he has great leadership skills, great will and confidence. I think if we surround him with better players, his assist numbers will go up. He will get his points. He and Randle will be a great 1-2 inside and outside punch combo. And he will make the other guys better. If kobe takes him under his wings, his defense and footwork will improve.
People say we already have Clarkson. But Clarkson is more of a SG. We can still start Russell/Clarkson backcourt after kobe retires. We can explore trading Clarkson for a better SG to complement Russell or a guy at another position.
The choice has been made. It's now up to Lakers FO to build the right team around Russell and Randle. |

In Yahoo it listed him FC. I'll take Gasol then. He is a better center anyway. My bad. |
