Yes... the FO pairing him with Nick Young was the worst thing that ever happened to him. To me, it was never the filming incident-- it was the things that led up to it. It was the fact that they surrounded him with clowns who never took the game seriously.

| I assume DLo knows he isn't coming back. It's Ham or DLo and I don't think DLo is in position to make sucha demand. Should be neither at this point. |

I don't find his misses disappointing. It's his defensive engagement. He's consistently like 8 feet away from a corner 3 pt shooter, not fighting at all over a Gordon screen, giving like the weakest stab at the ball help defense. He's literally guarding no one out there. Not sure if that's the gameplan but it's just so woeful and borderline disrespectful.
I don't buy that his limitations are physical. They're mental. He's not even locked in enough for his limitations to be physical.
Conspiracy theorists wondering why our foul disparity is so large. We're not even close to offensive players. |

There is no game plan. That's the problem. And if you're a mediocre defender to begin with you need a plan. |

Oh man......right after the Cancun sweep, Jerry West made it a mission to get Van Exel traded - almost traded for White Chocolate on draft night but ultimately forced to accept Lue.
If we could do the same to D'Lo, Im much more sure now than ever, he would be made part of the scapegoat and dealt. But his contract situation might prevent this. |

| Well you can't say the Lakers didn't give him a chance for redemption. They brought him back after Magic got rid of him. Then they brought him back after he under performed last year. Might be a chance for both parties to separate for good. |
