71 percent don’t want Biden to run for reelection: poll
He shouldn’t. However dems need to start getting some new blood out there or it will be Biden vs warren vs DwSantis. In which case ron would beat either imho
Anyone who doesn’t vote for the democrat candidate in 2024, whoever it may be, is a selfish a-hole and an effing moron. _________________ You thought God was an architect, now you know

The Supreme Court’s chief security officer has penned letters requesting that top Maryland and Virginia officials direct police to enforce laws that she says prohibit picketing at the suburban homes of Supreme Court justices, following weeks of demonstrations for abortion rights.
In four separate letters addressed to Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan (R), to Montgomery County Executive Marc Elrich (D), to Virginia Gov. Glenn Youngkin (R) and to chairman of the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors Chairman Jeffrey McKay (D), Supreme Court Marshal Gail Curley said protests and “threatening” activity have increased since May at the judges’ homes.
“For weeks on end, large groups of protesters chanting slogans, using bullhorns, and banging drums have picketed Justices’ homes in Maryland,” the letter to Hogan said. “Earlier this week, for example, 75 protesters loudly picketed at one Justice’s home in Maryland for 20-30 minutes in the evening, then proceeded to picket at another Justice’s home for 30 minutes, where the crowd grew to 100, and finally returned to the first Justice’s home to picket for another 20 minutes. This is exactly the kind of conduct that the Maryland and Montgomery County laws prohibit.”
They want to rip away the rights of half country but be shielded from being reminded that citizens are angry about it and have a 1st Amendment right to protest. (bleep) mother (bleep) cowards and hypocrites.

They should be glad that all these people are doing is peacefully protesting.

My thoughts exactly.
I have thoughts on this that are much too controversial to post

Might be The Onion. When will he do something about Trump threatening to Murder a public official? The Vice President of all officials
Quote:
“The Justice Department will not tolerate violence or threats of violence against judges or any other public servants at work, home, or any other location,” Garland said in a press release after that meeting
Pure (bleep) boot licking coward
(bleep) Mueller and his Republican legacy
(bleep) Biden and Obama for thinking Garland could be impartial etc
He is another coward Republican like Mueller
If you want the Republicans to put you in their time machine and send you back 200 years with no way of getting back to present day, vote for them. If you want to move forward no matter what your issue or who the candidate, vote for Democrats.
Young voters are on track to match 2018's record-breaking turnout for the 2022 midterms, but they aren't optimistic about the direction of the country. MSNBC's Tiffany Cross speaks with Denora Getachew and Chris Smalls on how to inspire more young people to get involved and vote.

I've been hearing some form of this refrain for every single election for my entire life.. not to say it isn't true, but at the same time..
What are you four?😂😉
But seriously, if you can’t see we are on a precipice the likes of which this country hasn’t seen for many generations, I don’t know what to say. We could be 6 months away from the beginning of the end of all democracy in this country. _________________ You thought God was an architect, now you know

Well if dems would show up reliably that would t be true. _________________ “We must always take sides. Neutrality helps the oppressor, never the victim. Silence encourages the tormentor, never the tormented.” ― Elie Wiesel

If women show up dems will win.
Depends. 55% of white women voted R in 2020. That has to change too.
Honestly, if 5% of white people in general change the way they vote, it'd be more than enough.
Yes, white woman and all woman need to show up at the polls. But why do men, especially white men get a pass? White men with wives and daughters whose rights have been ripped away? White men with children and grandchildren living on a planet with temperatures that may not support life?
We'll all be living in a dystopian hellscape with little clean water, a dwindling/ poisoned food supply and yahoo racists with guns roaming the streets. Welcome to thunderdome.
But at least the right-wing owned the libs and get to float to heaven because they think they saved the world from uppity women, blacks and gay people!
Soon the First Amendment will only be for right-wing Christians.

The first amendment is under attack. Increasingly, we see the Court establish some people's religious beliefs at the cost of others' liberty. And now, retaliation by the gov't for free speech.

Kyle Griffin @kylegriffin1
NBC News confirms: Dr. Lisa Gwynn, a pediatrician with the University of Miami Health System, has been removed from a state-appointed board for publicly criticizing Florida's decision to delay access to the COVID vaccine for children under 5. @NBCNews
Another example of selective 1st Amendment rights:
The Supreme Court ruled that abortion clinics cannot maintain 25-foot buffer zones to keep protestors away from patients because that would infringe on the protestors 1st Amendment rights (anti-abortion)
The same Supreme Court doesn't want protestors anywhere near their residential areas because ??? it might hurt their feelings and make them feel unsafe so screw the 1st Amendment rights of these particular protestors (pro-choice).
Honestly, if the Red States actually try to establish a permanent Christofascist theocracy on the entire country with only 30% of the people supporting it, then I hope the entire left coast and northeast secedes. We generate 90% of the revenue that makes the country work. Let them have their hellscape while we keep civilization moving forward.
If 30% gets to permanently rule over the other 70% then there is no longer a "United" States of America, by definition.

Dems don’t have to win every state, just enough of them. I believe they will if the messaging machine is on point. The whole 10yr oldrape victim, even though it’s hard to stomach is a good place to start. _________________ Kobe.
