Mongo died today at 67 from complications due to ALS. He was a great Ironman lineman for the Bears when they were good. The fierceness with the way he fought ALS showed his inner strength. I had read earlier today that he was placed in hospice. Say hello to Papa Bear in heaven Mongo.

| The poor man looked like he was suffering greatly for quite a while, so I can only hope that he's in a better place now. RIP, Mongo. |
