I don't get it. When a player is struggling Vogel leaves them in. When they're doing good then they're taken out

I'm still not convinced until the 3rd quarter is over. After the 3rd quarter and we're winning then I can finally say good things about the game we're playing.

He has a set rotation pre-game and he sticks with it....unless it's the playoffs.
