I've defended Frank quite alot in the past but its time.
Great defensive mind and thank you for the 2020 Chip but sometimes your philosophies and influence on a team and some particular players just don't mesh anymore.
I'll always remember his famous quotes like:

THT is a maybe. He hasn't shown any improvement in 3 seasons. Dwight good off the bench. We don't have a C. Reaves needs some PT. Gaberial and Johnson OK second unit, need more PT. Monk's a keeper.
