The Lakers now have moved to sixth-best odds of any team in the Western Conference to win the NBA Finals following LeBron James' return to action today, from +4200 to +3500, per @FDSportsbook.

Luka Doncic just drew his 16th technical foul of the season. He'll be suspended for Monday's game at Indiana unless the league office rescinds the T.

Lol Luka suspended next game due to technicals fouls.

He has really taken barking at the refs to another level.

Rumors are he's a diva.

Rumors? You can clearly see it on the court lol

Dallas tried but yet another example of randomly throwing "stars" together does not a good team make.

I would criticize Dallas for doing that, but the truth is we just got outbid . Second time now we’ve ended up with a better outcome because the other team or player said no (Kawhi).

I wouldn’t be surprised if that were a product of plan A being what team politics dictate, while plan B is the better basketball direction.

The Lakers are the ultimate example, we're who i was referring to with "yet another". We've done it multiple times to our own demise. Teams need to stop, look, and listen and stop falling for the sparkly shiny object. And also stop being thinking we're gonna be the ones to change somebody. All these questionable character players who get on teams and and continue their questionable character like hello you are not the magic wand stop it.

The Wolves are an issue now that Towns is back.

For those who don't think we need another center.

We need to get 7 or 8 and win that 1 play in. Don't want 9 or 10.

I'll be shocked if the Lakers don't at least get into the play-ins.

I will also be shocked if they get out of the first round.

They'll make the play-ins at the very least, seeing how Utah and Dallas are likely done. It's just a matter of what seed they'll end up at.

Dallas tanking for Victor it seems

I wonder if Luka is facing off court issues or if Kyrie and Luka is just an emotionally bad fit as well as an on the court bad fit

Have been saying for weeks, almost longer than that, we're a lock to make the play ins. Other teams just aren't that good. We have gone 8-6, which by no means is anything earth shattering, and in that time we moved UP a few spots.

So we will get in for sure, I don't see what the concern there is. From there it's just about match ups. Some teams we match up well with, other teams not so much.

I'm not a believer that just get AD/Bron healthy+depth = title level team. There's a lot more to it than that.

But plays in we can get through. Dallas is beating itself. Utah on the verge of being finished. Minnesota/Pelicans scare no one. We can beat any of those teams in play ins.

Now ask me if I think we can beat Denver or Grizz (with MORANT back) in a 7 game series without HCA with a (somewhat unreliable) rookie head coach? Not sure.

My confidence level post-WB trade

Play ins 100%
Getting through play ins into playoffs 80%
Winning the 1st round 20%

We need to use these remaining games to sort things out, get everybody comfortable, and get Lebron a bit more fitness. But I'm very excited for next year with everyone having a training camp underneath their belt. I'm still excited to see DLO and AD for an entire season and see what they're able to do

Agree. Use the last few games to get the lineups in order.
I was hoping to get out of the play-in.
But building chemistry might be more important.
But at least be the 7 or 8 to give us double elimination just in case.
