Anyone know of any good pickup basketball spots in the LA/OC area? I play at 24 hr fitness and a local church group. Sometimes playing with the same people gets monotonous. |

If Downey isn't too far then there are some good games going on at Apollo Park in Downey. It's an outdoor court so it's concrete floor. But there are some serious games going on here on the weekends.
However, last time I saw a game there was pre-pandemic. I say "saw" because these guys there are really good. They'll be doing some ally oops and stuff. LOL
Btw which 24 hour fitness do you go to? The one in Cerritos has some decent games going on. |

Ahh cool. I'm close to Cerritos. I play at the one in Long Beach on Bellflower. Have to try the Cerritos one.
Yeah, Downey doesn't sound too far. Alley-oops and dunking sound out of my league though. |
