I think it depends on the pace. OKC likes to push the ball and get up and down. If we play to their pace, AD and Bron will be wiped out when we get to the fourth quarter. If they can slow the game down, Lakers win. When the Lakers scored 100 points before the end of the third quarter against NO, it was just too fast if a pace for them to maintain. They ended up scoring just 20 points in the fourth quarter. Let’s see if they can keep it to 85-90 point range by the end of the third.

…and you were correct.


There wasn’t as much we could do about it this game because OKC pulled away in the middle of the second quarter and we had to chase. But the New Orleans game, Lakers had control of the game through the first three quarters and kept the pace too high. Very sad to watch this team lose so many games.
