Nah...no redemption yet because the delay may have cost the season. If the team makes the post season then yea, Shawshank for Rob for sure.

Yeah dude, I'm all for it. He played hard and was swatting anything he could.

A few of his fouls early looked to be of the ticky tack variety but a lot of the foul calls were

I’m just glad to take 15 mins off AD truly where no team gets layup happy. Bryant scored but he allowed 67% at the rim so when you come back in for him you got a lot of holes to try to seal up.

Delay in what the free agency deadline is the free agency deadline. We don’t know that this package was available to us earlier.

People speculate, but we don’t really know

I don’t think the Minny part was available earlier. I think Towns being hurt and Rudy struggling without Conley helped things

Yes! This erases the stench of that Blazer game. Nice to break on a high note.

2-1 so far after the big trades, 1-0 with the whole team available to play.

Don't recall the last time we blow out a team convincely... That starting line-up was a breath of fresh air to watch.

Said after the trade that DLo/Beasley/Lebron/Vando/AD should be starting line-up. So its nice Ham did that on Lebron's first game with the new squad.

Absolutely, TB was good offensively but defensively he gave up a lot. TB's shot challenging was the polar opposite of Bamba's, and Bamba isn't getting pushed around in there.

lol Thinking about it, you're absolutely right. Javale would have these types of games, too. He would protect the paint, get rebounds, make baskets off of feeds...and, pickup a lot of silly fouls.

Bamba is still young, so I'm hoping that the training staff is able to work with him, so he doesn't take himself out of the game. Definitely a difference maker, having someone like him patrolling the paint. No one should be clamoring for, or missing, Turner anymore.

He really will be. He just either has to beat out Troy or politely ask for a buy out. Either way is good for the Lakers. If he replaces Troy that means he’s playing great basketball. If he asks for a buyout they lower their spending and come off as a front office that respects players reputation wise

Nearly ideal minute breakdown tonight, maybe Ham does know what he is doing

Russell (28) / Dennis (20) = 48 minutes
Beasley (23) / Reaves (22) = 45 minutes
James (29) / Brown (18) = 47 minutes
Vandy (28) / Rui (16) = 44 minutes
Davis (30) / Bamba (16) = 46 minutes

Gabriel - 4
Reed - 3
Walker - 3

Nice win...wire to wire. Props to Ham for the starting line up...props to Rob for delivering it and props to the players too for producing the win!!!

Genius move by Ham to go with three players used to playing together in:
Dlo/Beas/Vandi who have played together on previous team to start then Schro/Reaves/TBjr who are used to playing together on the Lakers to go with the second unit. The familiarity may accelerate the acclimation of the new additions to the team.

I would have like to see Vandi on BI all game but TBjr did a good job.
