Without Ayton, AD has no excuse not to dominate.

Play on Lakers +1.

Phoenix is a small team, especially with Durant and Ayton out. This is a game the Lakers have to capitalize on. Scott Foster reffing this game can’t hurt either.

Make or break game for the season. If AD doesn't show up, I don't even know.

If they lose tonight, we are going to get a Day to Davis injury start to be tweeted/reported out.

Also a 99% chance Lebron doesn’t return.

Book it.

If we lose, then yeah I would just sit AD and Lebron for the rest of the season, and let our young guys cook. Get Max Christie, Cole Swider, Scottie Pippen Jr, etc in. Reaves as the lead guy, etc. With luck, the Lakers and Pelicans both just keep losing from there, and both get lucky in the lottery where the pick swap doesn’t matter that much.

Because this would officially be the most pathetic loss if we can’t beat a Suns team without Durant, Ayton, and zero depth. Just don’t let Booker score 50 and we win. Simple.

if Ham starts Beasely again... he BETTER give him the hook real fast if he's bricking and put AR15 in the game. no time to care about with "hurt feelings".

Or let him score 50, but don’t let scrubs score 25 or have Payne have his usual career games against the Lakers.

You can’t make this stuff up.

W tonight - “Lebron will begin ramp up”
L - “Foot is not healing as initially thought, will be re-evaluated 2 games before season ends if still in playoff contention.”

There is a reason why I have been calling for AD to be traded dating back to last season, he doesn’t have it when it comes to him being the guy, don’t be shocked if he has a good stat line tomorrow but you wouldn’t even notice because he’s going through the motions giving PHX the chance to get the W

Cheers!

I like to say, he has great stats at center, but he doesn’t have the impact of a great center.

There were a few games ago where AD had like 30/10 but I didn't even notice his impact on the floor. Big difference from a guy like Pau who felt like he contributed to winning with 18/10. Oh well hope he can bring it tonight, we need it.

(bleep) the Suns, (bleep) CP3, (bleep) Booker, and (bleep) KD. Need to take it to them in this game and the final one to send a message (not to mention our obvious precarious standings).

I asked Darvin Ham about the starters’ struggles recently and he said he “has something up his sleeve” for tonight.

I have a feeling Bron's done for the season. In a sense that's not a bad thing. As I've been saying we should be looking at this young crew and if AD is ready to be an Alpha Dog. Playing without Bron will be a great test.

Phoenix is one of those teams that despises us. They're going to play above their talent level.

Welcome to the starting lineup, Austin.

I like AR coming off the bench. He won't have the pressure of a starter. I like him as a closer. His last outing indicated he can handle having the ball in his hands as a closer.

I also think is Rui starting. He is shooting very well the revamp 3pt shot. We can put Vando on Booker and capitalize in length advantage in all positions.

...pause

Austin Reaves enters the starting lineup tonight alongside Russell, Brown, Jr., Vanderbilt and Davis, with Beasley moving to the bench.
