How does Schröder badly turn his ankle then manage to return and play great, but D-LO & AD would be out for weeks.

The passing today was off the chart terrible.
Stop the risky passing.
I feel DLO needs to look at himself in the mirror. He looked like he lacked intensity out there and was just chucking. He has to show some balls.
Dennis was fearless. Thank you Dennis.
Davis stepped up in the second half other than the boneheaded play at the end. Lebron was ok but sloppy.
Rui, Vando, brown - got to keep playing hard.
Reaves was ok. Can play better.
We came back from 15 down, I can live with this win.
Not a very good game but they played hard in the 4th when it counted.
Got to play defense like that in every game.
Onto the playoffs!! |

Fugly win. Infinitely better than a fugly loss.
Rest up Lakers, and get a game plan together. |

CALL ME CRAZY: We should not sign Dlo or Kyrie and sign Dennis instead, use the extra money to keep other guys. _________________ Creatures crawl in search of blood, To terrorize y'alls neighborhood. |

Because Denis grew up and still is a skater. To skate your ankles have to be incredibly strong.
And that’s a bad argument for ad. He literally played 29 of the last 31 games on a stress reaction in his foot and with a turned ankle. |

The Lakers, who started 2-10 and were 26-32 midway through February in the No. 13 seed, clawed their way up to the No. 7 seed, secured tonight against Minnesota.
They advance to play No. 2 Memphis in Round 1, also eliminating a pick swap with New Orleans. |

The Lakers started off this season two and 10
The Lakers hat, Westbrook killing this team, through most of the season
Despite all that, they put themselves back together again, and have had the best record since the trade deadline of any NBA team
They’re the number one defense of team in the league
If you’re gonna criticize, at least recognize the positive facts |
Lets look at the schedule we played after trade deadline and decide. This is the time when most of top seeds resting the players except us |

I agree. I think Denis and Reaves are both winning type players. DLo has always felt to me like a guy that just scores the points on bad teams.
Off season I’d extend both Denis and Reaves. Let DLO go especially if there are tax implications.
I think having the young legs on the team (Beasley, Hachimura, Reaves) has rejuvenated the squad vs prior years when the depth pieces were big name washed up friends of Lebron. |

Maybe we can get David Griffin drunk and get him to swap anyway? |

This teams clearly lacks chemistry on court, offense has been stagnant. They just didn’t play enough together |

I am sure the Buss family rather pay Dennis the minimum and let DLO go so they can save money. Problem is that big contract is gone and we don't have big money we can move in trades.
Do I view DLO as a for sure long term fit? Not necessarily, but I rather keep him and have his contract available for trades then just lose the asset. |

Dlo has 1 bad game and most turn on him, Beasley had several yet plenty still like him. LW4 plays out of his mind, gets injured and gets DNPs when he returns and most of the fan base turn on him…strange stuff.
Dlo has played well enough so far to earn the benefit of the doubt. We’ll see how he does the rest of the playoffs. It will be interestingly refreshing if the Lakers can have a team that gets support through bad times….especially when they earn it.
If Dlo struggles going forward I’ll join the detractors, for now I still have high expectations. Time will tell. _________________ “When it looks as if it is a realistic possibility, I want to focus on winning a ship like it’s a goal that can’t be denied. I didn’t see that this off season.” |

Speaking of Beasley, they don’t even have a play to get him open shots.. why play him then. |

How movable is his contract under the new CBA? |
