Yup, that's what one expert was saying. If there's an implosion it's gotta be detected somewhere.

Too many equipment out there for it not to be detected. This confirms what he said.

If true, they would have shared such info immediately with search and rescue operations, but it sure doesn’t seem they did. There’d Bo no reason for the search and rescue team to hide that info from the family and pretends there was hope when there wasn’t.

We'll probably never know. My prediction is I'd think the banging noises are still going on right now. But, I don't think they'll release that info.

I always bet against huge coincidences.

I do too, when they are actually huge and illogical.

The Navy knew days ago:

Quote:
A top secret military acoustic detection system designed to spot enemy submarines first heard what the U.S. Navy suspected was the Titan submersible implosion hours after the vehicle began its mission, officials involved in the search said.

The Navy began listening for the Titan almost as soon as the sub lost communications, according to a U.S. defense official. Shortly after the submersible’s disappearance Sunday, the U.S. system detected what it suspected was the sound of an implosion near the debris site discovered Thursday and reported its findings to the commander on site, U.S. defense officials said.

WSJ

I wasn’t sure if they were still active, but for many decades the military has had a system of underwater microphones with synchronized clocks. Based on the time the microphone detects a sound relative to the other microphones, they can use the speed of sound to pinpoint the location of the origin.

Some ultra-wealthy people got scammed into going on a death trap to gawk at the wreck of a human tragedy. Yeah, definitely no sympathy. About all I can muster for their sake is that at least went very quickly.

The anticipation of death must have been nuts. I can’t imagine there wasn’t a GoPro running. Fortunately in life we learn from failure. I have to believe whoever tries this next will have a bit more success.

Yup, like I predicted, the banging noises never stopped. Like I said, I'd always bet against huge coincidences. Looks like there's no huge coincidence at all here. Actually, it was zero coincidence.

Banging noises are still going on.....

Nothing "logical" about these banging noises at all. Just people's imaginations trying to put "logic" into it.

Apparently cost at least $6.5 million for the "rescue" effort when the navy already knew they were done for.

Yeah, They’re a lot of naturally generated repeated knocking sounds and such (think metal pings from an engine block cooling down), and they can also be intermittent. So it’s not really conclusive that the source in this case was generated by humans, even if they have stopped coincidentally around the time it’s thought the air supply may have run out.

And his mother. The second guessing that is likely going through her mind . . .
