Bamba's salary guarantees in full on June 29, though that could be pushed back if both sides agreed to do so.

Did not know that part.

It can be pushed back but the agent has to agree and probably wants a fee to do so, so pushed back but $4 mil guarantees to do so? Something like that

Thanks for the 411

If CP3 decides to stay with the Wizards to replicate what he did during his stay at OKC, what (if any additional) options are and should be considered (probably already have)?

With DLo's performance disappointing during Denver series (as you shared, maybe he will take a $25M per year contract), Beasley's performance went downhill upon LBJ's return (maybe he was having problems figuring out the Laker system / his average salary was around $4.3M per year, maybe he will take $3M for one year with a player's option) and Bamba's market gone down because of his injuries (maybe he will take a $8M 1 Year contract that is incentive-laden) - maybe there is a way to keep most of the above-listed players.

Agree that if the Lakers are able to get CP3, Beasley is out.

With Mavs (where are they going to find defensive players?), Suns (same as the Mavs, what players are minimum contracts can they get to play defense since Kyrie and Luka won't defend), Dubs, Clips (looks like Westbrook is gone, espeically if they get CP3), Trailblazers (if they trade their draft pick, what star will they pair Dame with or will they go all-in on a complete rebuild with Dame leaving) and Kings are Big Game Hunting - the off-season should be interesting.

I think it's definitive that they're tanking.

Might go the path of the OKC Thunder and just absorb bad contracts w/2 yrs left for 1st round picks.

Or be a 3rd party to facilitate trades to get 1st round picks

Happy for Kuz. Good for the Wizards to honor what was promised before Tommy got fired. I don't know if it was the exact same number, but that's a great contract for Kuz. He's a good dude. I have a lot of love for the folks I spent time around in the Lakers' locker room pre-pandemic times
