The Kings are a good team. Mike Brown has turned things around in Sac Town. They'll be playing with a chip on their shoulder because of him. Most of these Lakers weren't here when he was the coach so they probably won't play with the same intensity. This is a test game for the team and staff.

Indeed. The Kings gave the Warriors a little bit of the business the other night. That was a super fun game. The kings have become a super fun team to watch. And definitely a team to watch out for when you are playing against them.
Isn't this our first back to back of the season? I wonder how the staff is going to handle that. |

This will mos def be an exciting test for both teams. The Kings are young, fast & like to run.

The Lakers start the season playing Denver (road), Phoenix (home) and Sacramento (road). All three are expected to make the playoffs. Even an ugly win today would be great.

Agreed! .... definitely a tough schedule but "iron sharpens iron. We'll find out early where we stand.
The Western Conference is stacked with top-notch teams. Any "W" is a big win.
There are no "given wins' in the NBA.
Next up we will face an up and coming O-Magic team & another contender, the Clippers, I expect both these games to be hotly contested too. |
