Thanks DB! Great win. It was great to see Cam have a moment, AR in the groove late, and Wood showing off his skills.

Thanks DB.

A relieving win for sure; was certain the Lakers would not get this one considering that coming into this game the Lakers could have been anywhere from 3-1...to 0-4...to start the season. After this one, 4-1, or 0-5. So great win, but team has work to do.

With that said, this game didnt have both teams full rotations matched up. Will be interesting how Harden changes things; also how having another wing defender in Prince will change things.

Also, although I have not checked the +/-, Wood with AD is just so effective on defense. AD gets to roam more and plug leaky holes all over the place. Does make one wonder how AD could have been similarly freed up if a Myles Turner trade had gone down

heard tha Kwahi was resting so that he could provide his top effort against the Lakers

With Kwahi, PG13, Westbrook, Zubec and other clips amped up to beat the Lakers, this was a good win for the Lakers

It has been alluded that Harden will create a definite and consistent move up on the needle for the Clips. Is Harden an All-Star, yes. When Kwahi has the ball, what will Harden/Westbrook do? When Harden has the ball till the end of the clock, what will the rest of the Clkps on the court do? Since Harden. has a long histor of facing in the playoffs, will TLue kekep him on the court and if he;s on the bench - how much will he pout? The Clips will definitely create an intense and ongoing soap opera discussion that will inadvertently take much of the scrutiny away from the Lakers and all the other teams in the Western Conference

Great to see a starting pattern of AD being consistent - sign of a HOFer
Nice that AR is getting into a groove
Intro to how effective Christie can be effective
Glimpse on how a Big and lengthy Lineup could be Hayes - 5, AD - 4, Wood - 3, AR - 2 and LBJ - 1, with Rui/Vanderbil interchangeable with Hayes/Wood. This lineup can be helpful (in spurts) against teams like the Nuggets who can put on the court Aaron Gordon (6'8"), Michael Porter (6'10"), Nikola Jokic (6'11"), KCP (6'5") and Jamal Murray (6'5") since they can switch most of the time on all the Nuggets players while still having 1-3 bigs working to limit airspace for Jokic.
