I really think Rockets are bound to cool off soon, I just don't rate them too highly without Sengun.
Nuggets 59 Wins
OKC 57 Wins
TWolves 57 Wins
Clippers 52 Wins
Mavs 51 Wins
Pelicans 50 Wins
Lakers 48 Wins
Suns 47 Wins
SAC 47 Wins
GSW 44 Wins
Thats my prediction although seems tough on SAC but they do have a tricky schedule and I fancy Mavs to beat them twice and Suns to beat them. |
Wasnt that far off lol and miles better than what LEKING006 was predicting/deluding |

He's a Laker Hater from head to toe.
He didn't think we could win in 2020.
He didn't think we'd make it as far as we did last playoffs.
Although I agree winning the IST means nothing in regards to winning a chip.
Chuck isn't someone to listen to when it comes to projecting our franchise's future success (or failure). |
regardless. Chuck on that show is funny IMHO. Who cares if he is a hater. Better than being an overzealous lover of the team. that's our job.
The "I wouldn't want to play the lakers" or "I would try to avoid the Lakers.( insert team)" is equally funny. |
I could see players on the young teams not wanting to play us (OKC, MIN, NOP).
Everyone else though. They aren't worried about us. And even some players on the young teams (like Shai, Ant, BI). They aren't scared of anybody. Lebron, AD, or otherwise. _________________ "Every hurt is a lesson, and every lesson makes you better” |

Top 8 is the best we could hope for. We stayed out of a single elimination game to face another single elimination game to face the top seeded team. We get two bites at the apple, which is best we could hope for considering how well everyone else was playing in the west. |

Each of the last 4 seasons.
Two different head coaches.
Three completely different rosters.
This season was supposed to be different, a full training camp (!!), continuity. |
This isn’t true of 2021 or 2023. The Lakers were the 7th seed each season, meaning that without the Play-In, their playoff spot would have been guaranteed and they would *not* have been a lottery team. In fact, the Play-In tournament only put the Lakers postseason appearance in jeopardy.
Lakers still have a shot at moving up into the Top 8 this year as well. |
Once again, the Lakers end up in the Top 8, but their spot in the playoffs is actually threatened by the Play-In Tournament, not emboldened by it. |
