Let’s just rebuild this summer.

Ham isn’t getting fired and he stinks as a head coach.

Get what you can for LBJ and AD.

AD has been "overused" this season. His body was bound to break down sooner or later. We were supposed to be high in the standing so we could load manage AD but instead we're actually fighting for the last play-in spot this late in the season overextending AD to the max. It's a miracle his body has held up so well this season.

He really needs to play Power Forward for the majority of his minutes. That’s the only way to preserve him. Problem is, only way to preserve Lebron is to play him at power forward as well.

Lebron already has to ration a ton of energy to just be able to play like a top 10 Player for half of the regular season games, imagine sliding him to the 3 to matchup up with quicker more perimeter oriented players…

I think think we’ve reached the point that Lebron and AD aren’t an ideal fit like they used to be
If you have vando and christie. You can defend those quicker players. I dont understand why christie isn't playing. You aren't winning that many games to justify not playing him

So, what do you do if you are the Lakers.
Will they make a run like last year? I think they can win a round maybe, but that’s it.
What do you do in the off season?

Let’s first get 2 wins to make the playoffs then we can talk about the possibilities, AD and LeBron will always give you a chance so that should give us some sort of confidence if we end up with major obstacles

You have to blow it up. They're treading water. But they won't. Jeannie loves the Bron $$$$ too much. This is what not having a really rich owner does.

You understand AD got his eye hurt in the first quarter.
You understand how much of an advantage that was for the Warriors.
You hope nothing is broken.
And you move on to the next game and forget about this one.

We were a better team last year and the stars aligned with a ridiculously favorable path.

West is better this year. We are worse.

Hey they can always say. We never seen this team fully healthy all year.

No way they bring back the same roster next season tho. But they most likely swing for a 3rd star next season.

Only players I will keep is.

Lebron (Don’t see him going anywhere)
AD
Rui
Vando
Christie
1 of DLO/AR.

At the beginning of the show and then when he went to the big board to break down some plays he took his phone out and said that Secaucus was calling him to review the show.

I want the off season to start so that this teams issues can be adressed. The're glaring.

we have no legit perimeter defending outside of Vando/Christie.

Why on earth someone like Spencer gets minutes ahead of Christie is beyond me.

Ham has actively ruined his development despite him saying Christie will be getting a bigger role this season.

We have no real Center. AD isn't a C.

Ham is a horrible coach. Even Thibs would (bleep) play Christie as soon as he'd find out he can actually play defense.

This dude is damn near DNP his only perimeter defender every damn game.

and the funny thing is CHRISTIE HAS THE POTENTIAL TO BE A FANTASTIC 3&D PLAYER!

Precisely what this (bleep) team needs yet our coach ham sammich opts to play guys like Taurean (bleep) Prince who got absolutely cooked by Klay all game long.

It's a clownshow.

This team needs a decent coach, players who can defend and an actua legit C.

Trade DLO. He's been fantastic ever since th e ASB and i hope it continues. Because i dont think it will and i dont see him as a starting PG on a legit contender.

This team doesn't even need a PG that creates. It needs a PG that can defend and shoot at a decent percentage.

There are plenty of creators on this team. Find a legit C so AD can play PF

Lakers have assets this off season and i think DLO has added massive value to himself that will help in trades.

Either him or AR needs to go.

I agree with AD at PF. But can't do it, because LeBron needs to play PF.

Where you gonna play LeBron? at SF? people say he can't. at PG? people say he can't do it all game long.

So............

I think if the team becomes legit Lebron will do whatever he thnks he needs to do to help the team. Hell the first game against denver he said that he could play PG.

Maybe not play PG/SF full time but depending on matchups ie - Jokic-Sabonis heck even guys like Zubac AD cant play center. Not for a full game anyway.

Lebron could easily switch positions depending on matchups. But this team needs a legit C.

And this team needs perimeter defending period. Ham is an idiot for not giving Christie 25-28 minutes every game.

The dumbest crap Rob did was sign Spencer. People here were applauding the trade but guys like BIyombo was there to sign. At least Biyombo would have been a legit big to offload some responsibility AD has to carry.

But instead we signed Dimwiddie and guys like Christie gets the short end of the stick.

That's exactly the loser mentality that would make you keep losing. You don't want to look at the problems but instead made up excuses about AD getting hurt. How was the game before AD got hurt? How did we do against the Warriors before when we had AD healthy?

We're gonna keep on losing until we've actually fixed what's actually broken. It's too little too late for this season anyways.

I think it’s more along the lines of not letting the loss get you down. Don’t let the frustration of losing break your spirit. Let emotions settle and regroup and see what the next steps need to be taken to improve

Well, the next step taken in order to drastically change the team's performance is with a new headcoach. Unfortunately, we can't do that right now so it's going to be the same coach with same result.

I understand everyone is really trying and giving their all but if we don't have a good "strategist", we're just not going to improve.

It's not just the will, or spirit or efforts of the players. It's also the actual gameplan and strategy from the coach that actually affects the outcome of a game. If you're not smart enough to outsmart the other coaches, you're gonna lose more often than not.

What emotions are they letting settle?

Just a bunch of players going through the motions most games. I would love to see the Lakers “ up for a big game” or playing like they have something to prove.

They simply don’t most games.
