That's the thing with Lakers home games, half the people attending aren't real fans and dont care about getting loud. Tickets are too expensive for the average fan.

Just curious is it the same way with Warrior home games?

No way. That's a great crowd. They actually love the Warriors up north

And that crowd has helped them win extra games. The Warriors had some great records at home. Unfortunately the same has been true with the Celtics.

Have you been to these LA games? Half the crowd couldn't give a shtt.
They'll snap some selfies and post a few stories on IG/Tok Tok and call it a day.

"Let's go La-kers!"
and maybe
"(bleep) the Nug-gets!"
is the best we can hope for.

Yes.. so many influencers/fake celebrities these days. Far worse than it was 10-15 years ago, due to the rise of social media and the attention economy. All the real fans are either in the upper seats or watching from home.

It was bad 10-15 years ago too. Or even 20 years ago. The Sacramento Kings had much better crowds back than. Even the 2000 Laker team that won 67 games with Shaq winning an MVP got rattled up there, lost a couple of games and what should have been a sweep turned into a 2-2 series with an elimination game played in game 5.

Much prefer "Hey Hey, Goodbye" to James if we get swept. Really make that message clear that the Lakers franchise is bigger than him and doesn't need to be held hostage to an aged out superstars whims...
