Mrs. DancingBarry -- -- Once again, thanks to Mrs. DB and the two youngin's for putting up with all the Laker games. Without her picking up some of the slack when the games dominate the days or the evenings, it wouldn't be possible to do this. Perhaps, I can reward her with trips to Vegas and Hawaii around July and October.
Thanks to You and the Wife for Your Consistent Hard Work to Provide Accurate Assessment of the Vast Majority of Laker Games!! It is appreciated greatly

Thanks again DB to you and your family for all the writeups this season. It's definitely appreciated. I thought that some of our guys played with a lot of heart last night. Unfortunately, most of the guys were just playing out the string. Offseasons are always interesting and this one is no exception. We'll see what moves, if any, our front office makes to improve the roster.

Thanks for all your hard work this season DB, always enjoy reading your recaps!

Hopefully next year the Lakers will give you more opportunities to throw in more smiley faces as opposed to this year!

DB, your work has been awesome this year.

As much as it hurts to be a laker fan(atic) right now, at least I am not a mavs fan. They must be on the floor in tears...

If a Laker team dominated the season like that, with that kind of record, and then got their asses handed to them in the first round... I might have to

It's probably even worse coming from a franchise like the Mavs that had it in their grasp last year...were thinking about it all this year... and still haven't brought home a championship.

And Dirk went out with a whimper. That's no MVP.

Amazing on how transparently insipid that MVP qualification has become (ie "making his teammates better"), in that it overlooks the most obvious: If you took away one MVP candidate and substituted another, what would the team look like? Kobe on the Mavs makes them a championship team, while Dirk on the Lakers makes us a mid to early lotto team.

As much as I dislike Nash, I respect his qualifications. Nash and Kobe are worthy MVP candidates. That isn't the case with Dirk.
