Yep, at least in lifetime PER. Jokic is 29.97 while Michael is 29.91.
Does this mean he is the greatest? Of course not. This only means that, by this one composite measure, he is better. If one sees little or no value in PER, and you want to say watch the game, then you have, and have had, more time on your side than does/did anyone I have ever met.
