General rule of thumb: if you're not at least 35 (and many would say older), and something happened in your lifetime, it isn't old school. There are exceptions in both directions (particularly with emerging technology), but that's a decent general rule.

Would Scooby be considered OS? It goes back to the LBJ Admin, but it's been syndicated forever. It's probably had a more solid run than The Bradys at this pt. Is something that never has to be rediscovered less OS than something that does?
