its not durant im worried about, its some no name guard that will possibly torch us for his season high.

i still think the lakers will take care of business when it comes don to it because thats what he do!

durant will be a handful.

Agreed.

Wrong. LO is going to be the one guy long enough to take Durant out of his rhythm. Lakers by 20.

We only lose to teams that are balanced and have role players besides their stars that can step up and knock down shots, mason with the spurs or diaw bobcats etc

Thunder don't have enough depth (durant, green, westbrook only) so I don't see us losing unless one of weaver or sefolosha goes off

You expect Durant to get his, and Green has been pretty consistent, so one relevant factor in a game like this is Westbrook. It's important he doesn't knock down his first few shots--you don't want a guy that plays like that building confidence against a team that plays defense against points like we do. Unfortunately he's coming off a huge game.

I will be at the game tonight. The OKC crowd is pumped for the purple and gold to be here. I really want the Lakers to play a great game. Minnesota was a dissappointment on the defensive end. Lets hope the Lakers step it up.

Lakers 113
Thunder 94

lakers have that bad habit that we all recognize by now: they play down to their opponent's level. hopefully the horrific defense last game doesn't carry over. the only way okc can win this game is if they catch fire on the 3 point line, and we all know the lakers arn't the best when it comes to stopping that..

Lakers give up big threes in the 4th quarter after we build a big lead

I want the Lakers to CRUSH the opposition. The Lakers should win by over 20.

Their defense has really been faltering.

Let's hope the Wolves-game was a wake-up call, and that we come out and get a solid W without having to play our starters much of the 4th.

I would much rather win 100-90 than 130-120 tonight also, Phil said they worked on 14 different types of pick and roll defense yesterday, lets hope that shows

For what it's worth, Durant will have his Texas jersey retired tomorrow night (Wednesday) in Austin, TX at the Texas vs Texas Tech game. I'll be at that game.

I have no idea if that is going to affect him at all against the Lakers. But I don't see how it could fail to give him a boost or even a background mood of confidence.

It would be sad to lose a game like this, with Cleveland and Boston breathing down our necks.
