I like your style, but I don't know who Walter Bishop is...

You guys do realize that there is not one woman on any of your lists?

I know BSG is over (well, a new ep/movie just came out), but Starbuck and Caprica 6 were awesome.

I nominate Glen Beck. Politics aside, his crazy, then angry, then inconsolable, then babbling, then ridiculous flights of non logic on the chalk board require all the skills and versatility of a great actor. Guys have gotten Oscars playing just one of his personalities as well as he does, and he has 13 of them.

Not quite on par with the others but the last few have been great. Now if you'll excuse me I'm going to have some wine in a can.

Walter Bihop is a great character on Fringe. I also can't believe I forgot to mention Walter White from Breaking Bad.

Let me throw out a couple female characters I have liked:

Buffy Summers
Veronica Mars
Lucy Ricardo
Sara Palmer from Twin Peaks
Gemma from Sons of Anarchy is my current fave

Wow. They really don't write a lot of great roles for women...

Michael Scott
Dwight Schrute
House
Ralph Wiggum
Ari Gold
Barney Stinson

... but every character on Arrested Development beats them all, especially Gob Bluth, George-Michael Bluth, and Tobias Funke.
