something tells me something else is going on with sasha only seeing garbage time minutes. maybe he's been dogging it in practice or got into it with phil. something is up.

Was telling I believe rpadma that the Lakers bench is much different once Pau is back - and we saw that tonight.
Gasol, LO, Artest, Brown and Farmar is a superb 2nd unit. Infact they pretty much could beat or stay with atleast 20/30 1st units in the league.
Assuming LO keeps coming in at the 6' mark this allows Gasol to almost always be on the 2nd unit. Artest can probably check out a bit earlier too once Luke is back or we could just move Kobe up to 3 quicker by bringing in Brown early in the 1st too.
The Lakers 2nd unit and bench problems aren't solved but they have a much, much, much better bench than the what we've been seeing before tonight. The simple fact that they can play THREE impact players on the 2nd unit is huge.
with gasol, it really appeared easy for everyone, and the ball moved well. Only thing i did see was that kobe just couldn't camp in the post... and his shooting suffered.. _________________ Starting Lakers Dynasty6.0! NOW!!

6 players in double figures. 30 of our 41 made FGs in the paint. not too shabby.
